People with normal vision can wear them preventively for 15 minutes, every 2-3 days.
For people with poor visual acuity, it is advisable to adapt gradually to the still unfamiliar exercises. Initially, the glasses should be worn for 15 minutes, and can be increased thereafter.

For a complete application of the eye muscles, use the glasses for both distance vision (in open space) and near vision (in closed space), e.g. for reading. In enclosed spaces, it may be necessary to increase brightness, as the opaque plate reduces light intensity.
